Please read the following policies before your first service with The Weave Shop Hillside.

  • Our number one goal is to please all our clients. If you are unhappy with your services, please let your stylist or the checkout personnel know before leaving. We would be happy to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. We do not provide cash refunds for our services or products.
  • We use an express technique, meaning we offer quick service at an affordable price. These prices are available because of our double tracking technique instead of single tracking. The results will be the same! If you insist on single tracking, we will charge an additional fee.
  • There is an extra charge for using one pack of hair, more than two packs of hair, single tracking, splitting tracking, and re-using hair. Your Hillside stylist will inform you of any extra charges.
  • Take good care of your hair in order to get the best results! We offer weave retouching services that should be taken advantage of every two to three weeks.
  • If you are not purchasing hair from us, you must bring two packs of 100% human hair for our stylists to use. Ensure your hair is washed, free of dirt and oil, and blow dried.
  • On walk-in days, you may sign up and leave the shop. However, you must be present when your name is called. Otherwise, you will forfeit your spot and need to sign up again.
  • We are not responsible for any adverse side effects due to braids, the weaving process, or chemical services. This includes hair loss, sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions, or bald spots. Please have your weave removed professionally at our shop if you are experiencing discomfort.
  • Guests must leave a deposit of $20 when they have been braided and wish to leave the shop.
  • Stylist requests are only taken on appointment days. We cannot guarantee a specific stylist on walk-in days.
  • We offer an “express chair” for those receiving quick services, including lashes, brows, cuts, and washes. Ask the receptionist to see if you qualify.
  • Our lobby is reserved for those waiting for a service. We prohibit waiting in the styling chairs.
  • No children or men allowed unless they are receiving a service. All under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian to approve the service.
  • The Weave Shop Hillside does not accept personal checks.
  • Customers who are not willing to accept our story policy and sign an agreement will be refused service. We have the right not to serve you.
  • No pets allowed.
